The Moja workshops

Standing halfway along Barcelona’s Rambla, the Palau Moja is the perfect place to discover the history, heritage and land of Catalonia in a unique way through the latest technology.

At the Barcelona Shopping Line we’d like to let you know about the Moja workshops, a new activity designed for you to enjoy your evenings in a different way.

Paint Night at La Cuina del Moja

A combination of creativity and great conversation. While you enjoy a glass of wine, the artist Jorge Egea, (doctor in fine arts and sculpture professor at the University of Barcelona’s Faculty of Fine Arts) will show you the fun you can have when you’re painting and being creative.

You’ll take your artwork home with you afterwards.

No experience is necessary. The only requirement: to want to enjoy yourself!

Trencadís workshop at La Cuina del Moja

Do you want to learn to make a trencadís mosaic using the broken-tile technique invented by Antoni Gaudí?

This workshop, lasting just two hours, will show you how to create a mosaic using ceramic shards held together by cement.  At the end of the class we’ll invite you to a glass of cava at La Cuina del Moja.

Torres olive oil tasting at La Cuina del Moja

Do you want to discover the secrets of olive oil? If you do, come along to La Cuina del Moja and enjoy yourself as you discover new things!

You’ll find out how virgin olive oil is made and learn to taste extra-virgin olive oils and identify their defects and attributes as you enjoy the different flavours.
